Neither the seller nor the manufacturer will be liable for any loss, damage, or injury - direct or indirect - arising from the use of or inability to determine the suitability of the product. Before using, the user should determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility in connection therewith. JDP Engineering makes no guarantee as to the legality for any specific class. JDP Engineering makes no claims nor does it intend its products to be used in street driven vehicles. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold JDP Engineering harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to the buyer's installation or use of the products purchased from JDP Engineering. All parts sold by JDP Engineering except for street legal/DOT approved parts, are for off road use only. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty.

 

Shipping

Contact JDP Engineering sales department for shipping fees. Regions outside the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska are subject to additional freight charges.

 

Damage Claims

Always inspect your package upon delivery. Inspect all packages in the presence of the delivery driver, and ensure the driver notes any damage. Ask the driver for the carrier's procedures for handling damaged claims. You must hold the original box packing material and damaged merchandise for inspection or the carrier will not honor the claim. You must notify JDP Engineering for instructions on returning damaged goods. JDP Engineering is not responsible if no notification is given within five days of receipt.

 

Returns

Special ordered parts are non-refundable. You must contact JDP Engineering within 30-days after invoice for all returns (Freight and handling must be prepaid). All returns subject to 25% restocking fee and prepaid freight.
